Importar post desde un feed RSS de WordPress y reescribir su contenido con ChatGPT

Esta consulta obtiene los datos del post desde un feed RSS de WordPress (incluyendo el título, contenido y extracto), reescribe el contenido utilizando ChatGPT y lo almacena en el sitio WordPress local.

Si el autor con ese nombre de usuario existe localmente, lo utiliza; de lo contrario, lo reemplaza con el definido mediante la variable $defaultAuthorUsername.

La variable $url recibe la URL del feed RSS del post individual de WordPress. Normalmente es la URL del post + "/feed/rss/?withoutcomments=1". Por ejemplo:

Para conectarte a la API de OpenAI, debes proporcionar la variable $openAIAPIKey con la clave API.
